We’re out to show that we have a cider for every palate. Light, refreshing ones based on apple and other fruits; strong, gutsy ones made with high tannin cider apples; funky sour ones for folks looking for something on the wild side. Our cider taps will have regulars like Wilson’s Orchard Goldfinch and Cherry Crush alongside a stream of new releases and experimental brews made on site. We will also have a solid lineup of imported and domestic bottled ciders, giving you a chance to cider your way around the globe.
On the beer side, our taps will emphasize great Iowa craft beers on a rotating basis. IPA’s, lagers and pilsners will rub elbows with stouts and sours at the bar. On the bottle side, we will showcase some fantastic beers from home and around the world alongside the domestic regulars.
Our wine list will feature vintages to pair with the fine work coming out of the kitchen. Well crafted, quality wines that show off the fruit and terrain that made them what they are.
