Cider Club: Brewing with Apples

Cider Club: Brewing with Apples is a crash course in all things fermentation! Join us April 25th for another opportunity to gain some hands-on experience with our crew. This workshop covers topics ranging from hard cider to kimchi and vinegar.
Plus, start your very own hard cider experiment! We’ll chat the basics of yeast and turn you loose with your very own gallon of fresh-pressed apple cider. Additionally, we’ll set you up with a fermentation kit to take home.
Paul Rasch from Wilson’s Orchard will be on hand to moderate. Nick Schmidt (cider maker from Wilson’s Hard Cider ) will discuss how to kick off fermentation to make hard cider. Chef Matt Steigerwald of Rapid Creek Cidery will have fermented treats to share and will discuss how to tackle fermented foods.
